HK PCCS GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION PLANNING MEETING MINUTES

 

1,         Meeting Date and Place:   Nov 21, 2005,   How Wah Restaurant, Waterloo Rd. Kln.

2,         Attendants:  Chung King Fai (Chairman), Ho Kar Hun, Moy Chuck Him, Chan Chi Wai, Wong Chung Kee, Kong Shou Lun, Pang Shing Nam, Liza (for Chao ST), Fung Yun Ming, Leung Kai Yee, Yau Ming Chock, Siu Yang Ting, Lau Chi Yuen (Secretary)

2a        The last Meeting of Nov 14, minutes dated Nov 16 by Lau is approved.

3,         Publication Team Leader Ho Kar Hun shows the meeting the completed Anniv Book. Members were pleased with the quality and timely completion of the Book.

4,         Program Team leader Yau reported details of tours matters and functions including grand dinner table arrangements.

5,         The meeting reviewed the Budget prepared by Lau with some amendments. The budget sheet is attached.

            Some spendings are approved: 

HKD 15,000 for DVD production.

HKD 15,000 for lucky draws at Grand Dinner.

HKD 84,000 for gift checks to Pui Ching Schools and AA.

A contingency of HKD 18,000 is available.

Then the budget is “balanced”, no surplus, no short fall.

Any surplus will transfer to Scholarship fund

 Short fall due to lucky draw money and gift checks to schools will be covered by donations from several classmates.

 

6,         Nov 26 Registration function details were discussed.

7,         The Dec 1 Chao dinner dress code will be “pink lounge dress”. Dinner at 8 pm. We can enjoy a bit basket ball pre dinner, and entertainment during dinner.

7a,       The Chairman and the Secretary thanks all the help from team members.

No further meeting is planned.
